If you could change just ONE thing
Stop Spending Time on Phone
Delete Social Media. All Apps. Give yourself headspace. Yourself is longing to have a conversation with you.
If you could change a SECOND thing
Plan your Meals
You are snacking mindlessly or eating junk because you don't know what to eat when you feel hunger. Plan your Meals for next day. Prioritise Protein. Buy your grocery for it rather than facing a last minute disappointment.
If you could change a THIRD Thing
Plan your Day
Have an hour by hour plan for what you want to do. Prioritise only 3 tasks that you need to close next day and set aside time for them. This will make sure when you get up youbhave something to look forward to in the day.
If you could change a Fourth thing
Sleep at 10 PM
This is the only way to ensure you are not wasting time in during mindless activities. Getting the required sleep. Waking up before everyone else to own time with yourself.
If you could do a Fifth thing
Do Hard things first
Start your day with Exercise. No excuses. Then Give an hour to yourself doing the activity which align with your goals. You do this and you have already achieved most out of your day.
If you could do a Sixth thing
Read Everyday
Ensure you read at least 10 pages. This could be about motivation to keep you pumped. This could be about something you always wanted to learn.
If you could do a Seventh thing
Practice Gratitude
Before going to sleep be grateful for what all you already have. Be gentle on yourself. Be grateful that you are alive and you are trying.
Don't delay your dreams, make it happen.
