  • Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to your purchased content.

  • Accessing Your Products: Access details will be provided in two ways:

    1. On-Screen Confirmation: You will be directed to a confirmation page with links to access your digital product.

    2. Email Confirmation: An email containing access links and instructions will be sent to the email address associated with your account.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation. However, please allow up to 15-30 minutes for the confirmation email to arrive.

  • Troubleshooting: If you do not receive the confirmation email or are unable to access your digital product after purchase, please first check your email's spam or junk folder. If the issue persists, contact our support team at magicthreadworks@gmail.com with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.

3. Physical Product Shipping & Delivery

This section applies to all physical goods, such as books, merchandise, and craft kits, sold through our Website.

  • Order Processing Time:

    • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (see Section 4 for definition) after receiving the order confirmation email.

    • You will receive another notification email once your order has been shipped.

  • Shipping and Delivery Timeframe:

    • We are committed to delivering your products in a timely manner. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

    • Please note that this is an estimated timeframe, and delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances affecting our shipping partners.

  • Shipping Area and Coverage:

    • Domestic (India): We currently ship to most pin codes across India.

    • International: At present, we do not offer international shipping as a standard option on our website. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@magicthreadworks.com to see if a special arrangement can be made.

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

    • We may offer a flat-rate shipping fee or free shipping on orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., free shipping on all orders above ₹999). This will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

  • Shipping Partners:

    • We partner with reputable and trusted courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC) to ensure your products reach you safely and securely.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can use this to track the status of your shipment.

    • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the courier's system.

  • Incorrect Address and Return to Origin (RTO):

    • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the pin code and a valid contact number.

    • In the event that an order is returned to us (Return to Origin) due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you. The customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of re-shipping the order.

  • Definition of Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST, excluding public holidays recognized in Telangana, India.

  • Holidays and Peak Seasons: During peak seasons (such as Diwali, Christmas) or public holidays, there may be a delay in processing and shipping orders. We appreciate your patience during these times.
